US Delivery Information

US Ground delivery is $9.99 per order. Product prices and checkout are in USD. The delivery charge applies once, including when you order more than one vial.

Availability and dispatch

Orders are fulfilled from our US supplier. Stock is confirmed for each order before dispatch. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you and refund the unavailable items; if the whole order is cancelled, we will also refund the delivery charge.

The supplier estimates delivery at approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. There is no weekend dispatch. Contact us for tracking or delivery questions.

Products are for laboratory research only. Published studies do not verify a commercial batch. Contact us for the exact lot documentation before ordering if your research requires it.
