Returns & refunds

For cancellations, damaged items, incorrect items or missing deliveries, use the contact form with your order reference as soon as possible. Describe any packaging damage; our team can request photographs when replying. Do not send payment-card details.

We will try to stop a cancellation requested before dispatch, but cannot promise to stop an order already being processed. We will review the order and confirm the available resolution. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will refund it; if the whole order is cancelled, we will also refund the delivery charge.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear. Contact us before returning research materials so we can confirm safe return instructions. The correspondence address is not a returns or collection address.

Nothing in this policy limits applicable statutory rights.
