Online ordering is available for eligible products and US delivery addresses. US Ground delivery is $9.99 per order, shown before payment. More than one vial in the same checkout does not create another delivery charge.

Stock is confirmed by the US supplier for each order before dispatch. Estimated delivery is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch; timing is not guaranteed and weekends, holidays or carrier delays may affect it. There is no weekend dispatch.

If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund it. If your whole order is cancelled, the delivery charge will also be refunded. Use the contact form with your order reference for tracking or a delayed delivery.
