The product page shows its current ordering options. US payments use a Stripe-hosted checkout; a shopping bag is a provisional summary until checkout confirms the total. Submitting the contact form sends an enquiry, not an order or payment.
HeartPep is the storefront and enquiry contact. US retail orders are fulfilled through a US supplier. This supplier-fulfilment arrangement is separate from any claim that HeartPep manufactures the compounds or independently tests every lot; no such claim is made here.
Documentation before payment
Tell us which compound, SKU and vial quantity you need, and list any required documents. If an exact-lot CoA, identity result or assay is essential to your study, ask whether it is available before placing the order.
Catalogue references explain the compound and its research context. They are not certificates for material supplied through HeartPep. A product photograph or molecule diagram also does not establish batch composition, purity or sterility.
Use the batch-document checklist when reviewing an answer. Where a requested document has not been supplied or verified, that property remains unknown. HeartPep does not replace that missing evidence with a general purity claim.
Send a product and documentation enquiry. If you already have an order reference, include it so the enquiry can be matched to the correct order.
Dispatch, tracking and order help
US Ground delivery is currently $9.99 per order, including multi-product orders. Stock is confirmed before dispatch. If an item is unavailable, HeartPep will contact the customer and refund the unavailable items; if the whole order is cancelled, the delivery charge will also be refunded.
The supplier estimates delivery at approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch, with no weekend dispatch. This estimate is not a promised arrival date or a claim that every order dispatches immediately.
For tracking or an order question, use the regional contact form with the order reference. The delivery information and refund policy give the current customer-facing terms.
Wholesale and other delivery destinations
A wholesale enquiry is reviewed individually. Send the compound, required format, total quantity or vial count, documentation requirements and delivery country. Bulk-powder specifications and minimum quantities may differ from individual retail vials.
The storefront selected on the form helps route the enquiry; it does not prove your location or confirm that shipping is available. Other destinations need a destination-specific availability and freight quotation. An enquiry does not automatically place a supplier order.
